Take one capsule per day with a full glass of water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed one capsule per day. If you miss a dose, continue as normal the next day - do not take a double dose.

Yes. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of a return. Products must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Unsealed food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Yes. The capsule shell is made from HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), a plant-derived material suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. There are no animal-derived ingredients.
